Boxing classes will teach you the basics of boxing and give you a great workout at the same time.
The Introductory Boxing class will teach you the basics of boxing: jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts and power punches. You will also learn some basic boxing combinations.
Boxing classes also use heavy bags, speed bags, jump rope and footwork drills to improve speed and endurance.
Intermediate Boxing begins with a basic combo and adds on 1-3 pieces of offense and defense to develops complex combinations.
Students practice multi-dimensional boxing scenarios involving both offensive and defensive techniques.
Students must pass the intermediate boxing test to enroll into this class.

Boxing sparring classes offer opportunities to spar with instructors and other students of similar skill levels. Sparring is a great way to apply the techniques that you learn in class. (Prerequisite: One month of boxing classes.)
