Art of Strength

Art of Strength (or AOS) is the newest fitness program at FLO MMA.

Art of Strength uses kettlebells, vintage barbells and dumbbells, suspension training and rope drills to boost your cardiovascular endurance to new heights.

Boxing

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced boxer, FLO MMA offers boxing classes for all levels. Boxing is a great way to boost cardiovascular endurance and accelerate fat loss.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and can help you come out ahead against a bigger, stronger opponent.

Cardio Boxing

Jeet Kune Do

Jeet Kune Do (or JKD) is Bruce Lee's personal interpretation of the martial arts. JKD combines techniques taken from many other martial arts, including Wing Chun, Savate, Fencing and more. 

Kali

Kali is a martial art from the Philippines designed specifically for knife fighting.

Kicks & Abs

Kicks & Abs is a cardio-intensive class that emphasizes core development using a combination of kicking motions and ab routines.

Kids Boxing

Kids Boxing is a great way to improve your child's agility and cardiovascular endurance.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches the basic techniques of BJJ and serves as a great foundation for self-defense because it does not rely on size or strength to be effective.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Army. Krav Maga uses real-world scenarios to teach self-defense techniques. 

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts (or MMA) is literally a mixture of a variety of martial arts, including: Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

MMA classes combine the elements of these four martial arts into a seamless martial art that teaches students how to fight in any situation.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai Kickboxing is the form of self-defense taught to the soldiers of the Thai army and will increase your power, speed and endurance.

Muay Thai Kickboxing focuses on using the hands, feet, knees and elbows to strike and subdue an opponent.

Strength & Conditioning

Women's Self-Defense

The techniques in Women's Self-Defense are easily learned, practiced and retained in a controlled, realistic, role-playing environment.
