Art of Strength
Art of Strength is today’s embodiment of the timeless concept of Physical Culture: how to train for maximum functional strength, giving you a body that is even stronger than it looks, more durable, less prone to injury, and more resilient.
Art of Strength includes training methods, equipment and programs that have been proven to work across a wide spectrum of users, including elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, first responders, adolescents, and anyone looking to get more out of life.

Cardio Boxing
Cardio Boxing combines the fundamental techniques of boxing with the fast-paced energy of an aerobics class. In other words, Cardio Boxing is an incredibly fun way to get fit!
Kicks & Abs
Kicks & Abs consists on 5 minute rounds with 30 second breaks. Students rotate every 5 minutes in rounds that will either be jump roping, abdominal exercises or kicks.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning classes include a wide variety strength training, endurance and agility drills designed to improve your overall level of fitness and athletic ability.
