Krav Maga

Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Army. Once taught exclusively to law enforcement agencies, Krav Maga is now available for civilians. 

Krav Maga is widely used by members of local, state and federal police agencies in the United States, including the FBI, Secret Service, Delta Force and Illinois State Police. Krav Maga focuses on teaching simple self-defense techniques for reality-based attack situations.
