Strength & Conditioning classes include a wide variety strength training, endurance and agility drills designed to improve your overall level of fitness and athletic ability.
Each class is different. Some classes focus on strength. Some classes focus on cardiovascular endurance. Some upper body, some lower body. And some classes just mix everything together to give you a great all-around workout.
Classes also use a variety of fitness equipment to add even more variety. Free weights, FreeMotion machines, punching bags, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises are all incorporated to maximize your results and make the class more challenging.
