COACH OSH Coach Achour Esho has 18 years of experience in the Martial Arts.  Starting in the sport of Muay Thai at the age of 11, Achour quickly excelled through the level system.  In 1998 he started competing in kickboxing and became the IKF regional kickboxing champion.  In 2001 he switched over to boxing and competed in the Golden Gloves and won the ABF IL state title.
