Boxing

FLO BOXING

FLO Boxing is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. Our Boxing Classes are open to all levels of skill. A typical class will run through a general warm up, followed by a structured class of detailed combinations, that will get added upon as the class continues. Close to the end of class there will be an extra exercise to touch on shoulder endurance.

  • This class is open to all skill levels 14+ years old.
  • We also offer an Intermediate and an Advanced Class that requires a skill assessment before participation

KICKBOXING

FLO Kickboxing is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. Our Kickboxing Classes are open to all levels of skill. A typical class will run through a general warm up, followed by a structured class of detailed combinations, that will get added upon as the class continues. Close to the end of class there will be an extra exercise to touch on shoulder endurance.

  • This class is open to all skill levels ages 14+.

Kick Boxing
Cardio Kickboxing

CARDIO KICK-BOXING

FLO Cardio Kickboxing is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. Using combinations used in our Cardio Boxing Class, this is a great high intensity full-body exercise using muscles most have become unfamiliar with. This class starts with a general warm up, that leads into the first set combination.

Never knowing when the transition to body-weight exercises will occur leads you to push your own pace for the first half of class. Throughout the class minor adjustments to your technique will be critiqued for efficiency. This class will finish with a lower body exercise used to help you fight through those later "rounds".

  • Fun Alternative Exercise this class is open to all skill levels above 13 years old.
